Used for less than 1 year before the restaurant went out of business. This is model CHV505UVR and has the ability to cook AND hold food.
This worked great for us and is in great condition. We primarily would use this to retherm our smoked briskets from the cooler. The high amount of moisture this unit is able to produce makes for a very juicy brisket, even after the reheat.
As shown in the photos, the top of the unit is slightly warped for placing pans of brisket on it. This is only the outer skin of the unit and does not compromise its performance. We are told this is common with this model.
Great for holding all types of hot food. We would hold; brisket, chicken, pulled pork, Mac n cheese, and beans and the food would stay great for longer than 1 service
